At UJ Collection, we value our customers’ satisfaction. We strictly comply with the provisions of the E-Commerce Law issued by the Ministry of Commerce in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, as follows:
Customers have the right to return a product or cancel a contract within 7 days of receiving the product, without the need to provide any reason, provided that the product is in its original condition, unused, and undamaged.
Customers are not entitled to return or cancel in the following cases:
Products manufactured specifically according to the customer’s request or specifications
Products that have been used, or have lost their value or essential characteristics
Software, CDs, or digital content that has been downloaded or used
Newspapers, magazines, and books once used
Perishable products or items that can be affected by poor storage (such as certain food or pharmaceutical products)
Accommodation, transport, or catering services once executed at the agreed time
If the product is not delivered, or the service is not provided, within 15 days of the agreed date (without a valid reason or force majeure), the customer has the right to terminate the contract and receive a full refund.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days from the date of receiving the return or cancellation request minus shipping cost.
If the error is on our part (such as a defective product or a mismatch with specifications), we will bear all shipping and return costs.
If the return is solely due to the customer’s preference, the customer shall bear the shipping costs (if any).
In the event that a product arrives defective or non-compliant with specifications, the customer has the right to request a replacement or a full refund without any additional fees.
